Fresh filet of king fish rubbed in herbs and spices, slowly cooked with a tantalizing hot and spicy tomato based Creole sauce.
Fillet of yellow fin tuna, marinated with citrus juices, herbs and spices. Pan-seared rare, served with wasabi sauce and a tropical fruit salsa.
Steak & Shrimp
A fine U.S. 8oz. Tenderloin steak grilled to your liking. Served with mushrooms, onion rings and grilled tomatoes. Accompanied by three jumbo coconut shrimp.
Nut Crusted Salmon
Atlantic salmon, pan-seared to your desire, topped with roasted almond nuts and accompanied by a mustard, mayonnaise and dill sauce.
Bajan Style Flying Fish
Locally caught flying fish, gently spiced with Bajan Seasoning and pan-fried (coated with bread-crumbs). Served with either garlic butter, Cajun or tartar sauce.
Thai Style Fishermans Catch
A Pan-seared fillet of locally caught fish (your choice), seasoned with herbs and spices. Slowly simmered and served in a red Thai curry sauce, spiced to your desire: mild, medium or Hot.
