Local Flying fish, gently spiced with Bajan Seasoning and Pan Fried (coated in breadcrumbs), Served with your choice of garlic butter, Cajun sauce or tartar sauce.
Thai Style Fishermans Catch
A Pan-seared fillet of locally caught fish (your choice) seasoned with herbs and spices. Slowly simmered and then served in a Red Thai Curry sauce, spiced to your desire, mild , medium or Hot.
